The Los Angeles Dodgers have announced the activation of right-handed pitcher Michael Grove to the active roster. The 26-year-old Grove, a Wheeling, West Virginia native, made his Major League debut in 2022, appearing in 12 games for the Dodgers.

A Rising Star

Grove, who stands at 6-foot-3 and weighs 200 pounds, was drafted by the Dodgers in the second round of the 2018 MLB Draft. He has quickly risen through the organization's minor league system, showcasing an impressive combination of control and velocity.

In his first stint with the Dodgers last season, Grove recorded a 5.68 ERA and struck out 31 batters in 29 innings pitched. He is expected to play a key role in the team's bullpen this year.
